Services & Expertise
We provide comprehensive architectural services, guiding clients from initial conceptual design through to construction administration. Our approach brings rigorous design methodology to projects of varying scales.
What types of projects do you undertake?
While we are passionate about designing bespoke new-build homes, our practice is highly responsive to the current housing landscape in California. We frequently take on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), comprehensive remodels, and structural additions.
Whether you are looking to maximize your property's value with an ADU or reimagine your existing home to better suit your lifestyle, we apply the same level of design rigor and spatial quality to every project, regardless of its footprint.
Do you only work on high-end, luxury projects?
No. We believe that exceptional, thoughtful design should not be strictly limited to high-end bespoke estates with limitless budgets. We work with a variety of budget ranges.
The key to a successful project is not simply a large budget, but rather a realistic alignment between your ambitions, the construction scope, and the funds available. We work closely with you during the early stages to establish a clear financial framework that protects both the design intent and your investment.
Where do you offer your services?
Our studio is based in Poway, California. We primarily serve the wider San Diego region, but are open to discussing projects throughout Southern California.
Local knowledge is critical when navigating municipal zoning codes, building permits, and environmental regulations—especially for ADUs and additions. Our familiarity with regional jurisdictions ensures a smoother planning and approval process.
Do you handle the permit process?
Yes. As a California licensed architect (License No. C33005), we handle the full spectrum of technical design and spatial coordination required for building permit submissions. We coordinate with structural engineers and local municipal authorities to ensure your project complies with all building codes and zoning ordinances.
