East Village Loft

Location: San Diego, CA

An 8 story retail / residential mixed-use project is proposed in the heart of East Village in downtown San Diego. The lower two stories are designed for retail uses while 120 residential units take up the upper six levels. The parking is provided with three subterranean levels. The building features a high capacity solar PV array which offsets grid energy consumption, and the roof cistern provides irrigation water for the planted green facade.
