Cliff House Construction Update (concrete pillars, grade beam prep)
The concrete pillars have been in place.
The rebars are going to be embedded into the grade beams.
The rebar / form work for the grade beams are taken place.
Ranch House Construction Update (concrete driveway completion)
The concrete has been installed. The concrete is 4,500 PSI, with 10% fly ash content. (deep broom finish)
The expansion joints will be sealed with polyurethane elastomeric sealant.
Ranch House Construction Update (driveway concrete forms / rebars)
We worked on concrete forms & rebars for a new driveway. The Fire Department requires a driveway to be accessible with emergency vehicle, thus it shall be able to handle 75,000 lbs.
Besides, we still need to bring in a Super 10 dump truck, etc to deliver materials to the site, so we went with 6″ slab with #4 bars @ 18″ O.C. each way.
